Fees & DepositsCleaning Fees: This is a non-refundable fee that covers the cleaning of the cottage upon your departure. The fee is based upon the occupancy of the lodge per your reservation agreement

5-6 guests: $100Refundable Security Deposit of $400 is Required.
Security Deposit: This is a refundable deposit which will be applied, if necessary, to the repair, replacement, or restoration of any damage to property. Furthermore, the security deposit could be used to cover nightly fees for any additional unregistered overnight guests. All or any portion of said deposit may be retained by your host.
